Personal Prayer Art Journal
(sample pages)
These are actually pages from an artist journal
rather than a true altered book, but I'm not ready to start a separate
section yet!
The text of each page follows:

Imagine...What would your life be like if you
simply treated every moment of it as sacred? Because God does not
make a distinction between secular and sacred, only between sacred and
profane...
What if you treated every moment as worship?
Your work, your play, your art, your leisure...not just your time at church.
Imagine...
"And whatever you do, whether in word or deed,
do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father
through Him." (Colossians 2:17)

"The man without the Spirit does not accept the
things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him,
and he cannot understand them because they are spiritually discerned."
(1 Corinthians 2:14)
Some things just have to be believed to be seen

A prayer doesn't save you. Neither do tears
at an altar nor an "experience" with God. Only trusting in Christ
and following Him, being remade in His image.
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will
enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father
who is in heaven. (Matthew 7:21)
